April 16

long but productive day... sleep dripping from my eyes (turkish saying ;) ) 7:32 in my balcony with a glass of Malbec... the usual~

Back to yesterday's dilemma... this is, i believe, what my problem is...

although in the absence of  milk chocolate, i should be eating nothing, neither the white, nor the dark chocolate since it is actually obvious that neither will satisfy my cravings and will make me fatter in the process; I cant help myself but reach and grab anything that is in the closet.... I should go to the store and get the milk chocolate if that is an option of course... but in the case that it is not an option, it is only a waste of time and calories to go for the others.  ~does trying to like dark chocolate eventually make us like it? (well in this case, maybe taste buds etc... but i am asking: generally, in life?~

All decisions in life revolve around value...if you knew that choosing White or Dark Choc in the absence of Milk Choc would mean you could NEVER have Milk Choc again, you might make a different decision than otherwise...it all depends on how much you value Milk Choc in your life =)

So it goes for all decisions...whether you realize it or not...the value determination is a constant...and "personal value" is constantly changing...so there is no guarantee that making a decision based on what you value most now won't turn out to be the wrong decision when reflected upon in the future...

As for me, I am eating a Snickers Bar =)

that is true... as long as it is not done over and over after dissatisfaction at the first trial.

Hakikaten her gün hayat değerlerimiz değişiyor. Tercihlerimiz farklılaşıyor. Nedense "ben" bu ara bunu sık sık düşünüyorum.

Bir de sanırım pek sıkkınım.. Ne dersin bana yardım edebilir misin?
